Code H® is an independent international consulting firm working at the intersection of people, strategy and culture.

Founded in Montreal, Code H® draws on more than two decades of international experience across consulting, entrepreneurship, leadership and organizational transformation.
The H in Code H® stands for Human. It reflects the conviction on which the firm was founded: that people belong at the heart of organizations, strategies and transformation.

Hasina Razafindratandra
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
International consultant, entrepreneur and speaker with more than 20 years of experience working across organizations, sectors and cultures.
Her work spans strategy, leadership, entrepreneurship, human capital and organizational transformation.
Having worked internationally across diverse environments, she brings a distinctive combination of strategic expertise, entrepreneurial perspective and cross-cultural intelligence.
Through Code H®, she works with organizations and institutions seeking fresh perspectives on complex challenges, drawing on experience spanning corporate consulting, international development, entrepreneurship and executive advisory.

The Story Behind Code H®
Built on conviction. Shaped by experience. Driven by possibility.
Code H® was born from a simple conviction: that meaningful work begins with the freedom to think independently, challenge conventions and contribute where one can make a genuine difference.
For its founder, Hasina Razafindratandra, creating the firm was both a professional decision and a personal leap of faith.
Born and raised in Madagascar, and shaped by international experiences from an early age, Hasina developed a curiosity for the world, its cultures and the different ways people, organizations and societies operate. That curiosity would become a defining thread throughout her career.
Her professional journey has taken her across finance, corporate consulting, human capital, entrepreneurship, governance and international development. Working across sectors, institutions and countries, she came to appreciate the value of connecting perspectives that are too often considered separately.
But beyond the diversity of her experiences, one ambition remained constant: to build a career on her own terms, working internationally on projects she believed in.
In 2017, she founded Code H®.
There was no established client base, no extensive professional network and no guarantee that the venture would succeed. What she had was a vision, a willingness to take risks and the conviction that her experience and perspective could create value.
The journey that followed demanded persistence, adaptability and countless moments of uncertainty. It also opened doors to opportunities that once seemed distant: collaborating with international institutions, advising entrepreneurs and leaders, contributing to ambitious initiatives and working across borders through a company she had built herself.
Her roots in Madagascar remain an essential part of that journey. Deeply connected to the country’s realities, institutions and entrepreneurial ecosystem, she brings an understanding informed by both lived experience and professional engagement. This perspective has been particularly valuable in initiatives such as the International Finance Corporation’s Madagascar Digital Skills project, where international expertise needed to meet local realities.
Nearly a decade after its creation, Code H® continues to evolve.
The entrepreneurial journey is neither linear nor predictable. But the conviction that inspired the firm’s creation remains unchanged: that curiosity, independent thinking and the courage to explore different possibilities can lead to meaningful work.
Code H® is, above all, an expression of that conviction.
I didn’t create Code H® simply to work independently.
