REINVENTING MANAGEMENT in Organizations
to
Increase Youth Engagement
and
Improve Environmental Impact
While Ensuring Effectiveness

Code H aims to re-enchant organizations and its founder, Hasina Razafindratandra has been selected to run a workshop during the event.
She will explain why more responsible management is needed in today’s world and how it can benefit businesses, people and the environment.

The environmental issues and the global employee engagement crisis that we are facing today call for responsible management. Responsible management seeks to balance the interests of individuals, the environment and organizations and takes a holistic approach to assessing organizational effectiveness. In this workshop, we will first reflect on the values of responsible management. Participants will then define the type of culture they would need in their organizations to achieve the desired impact on their environment. As young leaders, participants will be encouraged to identify their personal values and reflect on how these values guide their actions in everyday life. Finally, they will determine how these values can be translated into their workplace/organizations in order to act as authentic, mindful and conscious leaders.
